I would like this place to grow as an open rehab centre and be the best it can. I cannot see anything that we can do to make it better.
Suggested improvements
I would the communal lounges to have sky tv.
It would also be good for the unit to have a Netflix account as we enjoy watching movies and TV shows together.

Satisfaction: Thank you for the feedback, We are an open rehab and one of our objectives is to Support and empower our patient to be able live independent lives in the community as much as possible. Improvement: Due to saafety reasons we currently have no Netflix ans Sky but this will be discussed with the dirrectors to know the way forward regarding the Netflix and the Sky
