My care with Patricia was amazing! No complaints or concerns about Patricia she was truly incredible. Feedback provided separately for Patricia- she changed my life for the better. I can actually enjoy life now.
Any issues I had were prior to particia being involved in my care - medical sec LYDIA was very unkind and the opposite of trauma informed on the phone - had to go through PALS unfortubately. Appt letters often coming after appt has passed, I had to use the nhs app to track my appts. Appts double booked in different places under the same hospital.
