St Mary’s hospital does not have enough doctors, nurses or midwives to provide a good care. This results in disorganised departments (patients waiting for hours), lack of communication with the patient (for example: test results not shared, appointments being booked or cancelled without informing the patient…), rude reception staff, or no clear follow-ups. The building itself needs a deep clean and urgent restoration. The wards are unfriendly, tiny and noisy - not designed to provide even a decent experience. This hospital make you feel like you are a car being repaired rather than a human being treated.
