I am always treated with kindness, consideration (offered tea). I am attending monthly so felt I know the staff well. I am able to ask questions. Care is excellent.

Every member of breast care team was excellent. All going the extra mile, kind, professional, understanding, giving time although under extreme pressure.
Isle of Wight breast care team high class care from breast screening team. Receptionist, breast care nurses both highly professional. Knowledge and kind.
Mr. Parker excellent surgeon. Isle of Wight lucky to have him.

Personal. Treated with dignity understanding. Helpful not rushed.
Wish there was not always answer phone- some people are probably desperate to talk.
I was given some worrying infor which in the end I did not need. Too much into too soon perhaps.
Gauge the intelligence of the patient. Some have good grasp already.
Some not.
