All the staff on Luccombe work as a team. I have not heard them talking negatively about each other at all. The staff act immediately when you ask for something. If I wanted pain relief or a bedpan they got them straight away. No response of "in a minute". The ward sister Heid, is jolly and cheerful but she is extremely professional. She is also visible working with her team. I would recommend Luccombe to anyone. You get great care.
