9 hour (Saturday 28/4/18) wait for mental health team to show up, just for them to say we can take the patient home. VERY surprised but that decision due to what occurred - told we should phone MHT on Monday! - We are not qualified to provide support after an event like this!
No thought for the patient's safety
We have now to worry ourselves sick, as we do not know what to do.
VERY poor service
