Everybody was so caring. Nothing was too much trouble. I think my only complaint is Sunday about 2-30 we were told we would be moved to the side rooms which I have no problem with, but still waiting at 5:30 and being given our tea out there I think is disgraceful we eventually got in our rooms at 6:45 just in time for visiting this happened Sun 3rd July.
