Timely information ... it took 14 months to seeva psychiatrist to formalise my diagnosis ... and now a further 8 months waiting on a "shorter list" for a psychological assessment (still waiting). I have sympathy for staffing levels and work loads ... but I'm still waiting.
Safe in your care ... I don't feel safe in anyone's care. You would need to put a fair amount of effort to change that.
Spiritual needs ... were never discussed

No communication ar all still waiting
We have updated our processes due to the postal strikes and have been sending text reminders to patients, who have consented, for appointments as well as letters.
For the most part staff seem well-intentioned but lack the time and resources help fully.

I was not forgotten about like I thought I was and happy that I'm getting the help I've been waiting for
I have been in contact a few time and always been told they would get back to me and I never hear back at all my mental health isn't good and trying to get help with my meds and out a plan in place just no one ever gets bask to me or even checks on me it just makes me feel worse makes me feel like they don't care and then I end up having Manic attacks and it's starting to destroy my family because we can't cope

As a white British male, I recognise that I am fortunate. However, I have never felt that this was 'held against me' by care providers, quite the contrary. Its just not been an issue at all, despite what agitating actors may be spouting. I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost dignity.

After improvements few years ago is much better. I feel I have good care.
