I felt well informed about my condition and how I could help the treatment given to aid recovery.
Staff were always very professional, knowledgeable and caring.
The text reminder for appointments was invaluable.
On arrival we were shown where our dad was and then the nurse gave us a tour of the place, everyone was really kind and bent over backwards to help and kept us informed everyday how our dad was doing.
Such a lovely staff, they do a great job.
The nursing staff in general were very good and accommodating, however the responsible clinician has made the effort to establish a solid basis for his diagnosis or made any effort to prove or disprove his diagnosis.
It would appear he cared more about his diagnosis than that of a patient. There has been little regard for the guiding principles of independence or that of effectiveness and efficiency.

-The ability to choose where(what ward/facility) could be improved. It's a difficult long process...
I was taken from area of my community getting back(withing the institutions) seems to only be done by appeal.
