Questions about spiritual needs/culture etc didn't arise so have given a neutral rating

Timely information - did not get the correct details about appointment. My appointment scheduled for 3rd Dec was supposed to be face to face but did not get any details at all as to address of centre where I should attend. As a result I could not make the appointment. Instead I got a text message that stated the appointment would be on a telephone call when it was booked for a face to face appointment
