Unexpectedly good to submit results from home, would like that option in future appointments

Suggested improvements
Provided more info about the blood test part, especially not being confident to do it. I would love a text back service as well being able to access care more remotely than to wait for a phone call. Other than that, the service was good

Thank you for your feedback, we are expanding our video material which supports self-taken tests which should help patients feel more confident in the future. We have also launched this month (January 2022) a service called ChatHealth which is a text messaging service for advice and guidance from our team.

Thank you for your feedback. We are aware that the blood test kits we provide for remote testing can be tricky but a step by step guide can be found here: - https://www.test.me/how-do-i-take-a-blood-sample/ We use SMS messaging for patient information, appointment reminders and result notifications and offer some remote options such as postal test kits, kit collection out of hours, condom distribution, telephone consultations. However, we are constantly looking at developing our service offer and we will take this feedback into consideration when we do this.
