I have been really well supported by the NStep team in all elements of my recovery and wellbeing journey. Rowena Rogers in particular has been really considerate and extremely conscientious in all elements of my care, and we are building a very positive relationship. She listens well, and I feel very comfortable in discussing all elements of my wellbeing with her. The wider NStep team have also been fantastic to work with including the CBT sessions with Geraldine Kelly and the weekly NStep Group Sessions with Sam Yardley and the team.
Suggested improvements
I've been really impressed with all elements of my interactions and engagement with the NStep team, and I don't have any examples of things that could have been done better.
