The consultant, [name removed] was extremely thorough, and listened to what I, and others had to say, about myself. I am glad to finally have some sort of an answer.

As per usual, the waiting times to go through the consultancy phase, however, all my appointments were kept and were on time. [name removed] didn't help things.
