Despite all of my treatment being carried out remotely by phone due to the pandemic I received exceptional care. My therapist rang when she said she would, always listened attentively and gave great advice and encouragement.
I felt completely consulted and included with my care and treatment.
Written information, exercises and splints arrived in a very timely fashion.
I would recommend this service to others.

Suggested improvements
It would have been ideal to have been able to see the therapist face to face but given the circumstances I completely understand that could not happen.
But I still received excellent treatment and advice.
