I found Hannah to be very caring and interested in me and her knowledge and help were great. She picked up on the CRPS I was experiencing and took measure to get appointments at the hospital.
Suggested improvements
Nothing that I can think of. On a couple of occasions when my appointment was late Hannah always apologised and I understood that timings of appointments can be a bit hit and miss.
