Once the child had been seen, a feedback meeting via TEAMS was quickly arranged with school & parent. This gave us details of current needs and lots of suggestions for the work we can do with the child in school. The report and promised resources were then sent via email within 3 days.
It was very helpful to have this meeting with all parties involved in supporting the child and was a good use of time for all concerned to hold it virtually.
Suggested improvements
As a teacher we would like to have shorter waiting times for initial appointments and follow up. We appreciate that the last 3 years have been exceptional in causing delays and do feel that this is beginning to improve
