Poor consultant care Extremely long waiting lists Only get my appointments here as a member from another source had to chase it up. Have had to seek at pay for private diagnosis, private psychiatrist private treatment, private counselor very expensive, otherwise my treatment would have taken another 14 months and been very impersonal and inflexible.

We are very sorry to read this review which does not reflect the service we try to provide and must have been very upsetting to you. Whilst we are not able to identify the consultant, we will use your comment to stress the need for all staff to listen to and understand patient needs. Our long waiting list is due to new monthly referrals far outstripping our resources set by commissioners. This is not acceptable and frustrating for patients and we are working with commissioners to increase capacity. This would prevent the need to resort to private treatment.
