Long wait times.
Louise Buckenham has been a brilliant OT and good person. My best experience with anyone working in the NHS. Being flexible and accomodating to my needs without discharging me for missing appointments/being too complex. 10/10. Great therapist and good person. Can now live as a (mostly) independent happy problem solving adult.
