How do you improve a service that meets all the physical and emotional needs of the patient and cares, financially/funding most probably.
My mum was met with the upmost kindness and sensitivity by all the staff - all of the family felt held and contained and we didn't feel like we were a burden on their time.
When mum was maid on paid "when I'm better I am going to volunteer here" - that speaks volume. Thank you.
