QA staff have no idea about appointments and I have experienced not a brilliant level of services.
St.Mary's staff on the other hand has been very helpful and professional.

Good communication with midwives but was sent home off PN ward 2000 at night- I was really all day. Please change routine I felt not ready as too late at night.

many people have been very kind. Very much a lack of communication between staff. Many results have been misplaced or wrong info given to me causing unessisary stress.
Physio was a life saver! very good care here.
