Everyone that visited me was so kind and nice and lovely from this team. I felt comfortable and listened to! I'm very happy with this team because I've had bad experiences in the passed with NHS staff visiting me in my home I was slightly apprehensive but UCR made me feel so at ease. THANK YOU
