The whole experience was easy, the physio ([name removed]) was kind, explained the problem and how we were going to deal with it.

[name removed] was very good and interested in how I was doing. The exercises I was given have helped and the pains that I was experiencing are not as severe as before.

Making the appointments has been the hurdle each time I tried to make them. Incorrect hospital and wrong [name removed] - physiotherapist given on my last appointment which I had to have amended. Since my first appointment, I have had to get them corrected each time. Greater care needs to be made on confirming the time, date, physiotherapist and hospital where it is to take place.

The attending physio giving my treatment . She was very ready to help and checked out the treatments as she asked me to perform them. I felt better for her care. Thank you I am very lucky to have this programme of care from ARC

When I was sent home on people to places transport the dirty bedding off my bed that morning was loaded on board in a white laundry bag, we discovered it on unloading at home it was given back to the OT who followed me home , with infection control in mi d this is not acceptable at all you do not discharge patients home with dirty hospital bedding.

More specialist physio to meet needs , activities that do not treat patients like children. Remembering we have names we are not a bed number a dear or a darling. And having lunch in the dinning room with staff sitting around a table loudly chatting over their issues and eating left over from the meal service and not interacting with patients in the dinning area, was not professional or nice. The physio area also in the dinning area not good.

I only gave a score of of good due to the long wait to get an appointment and discharging me before my problem was completely sorted out.
