Ms [name removed] who attended to me was very courteous & approachable.
Her attitude put me at ease.
I find her very easy to understand & I greatly appreciated her asking if I had other concerns.
Her explanations of the exercises given to me were very clear & she patiently showed me how to execute them.
I have since started the exercises she had given me & have found they have all helped to alleviate my pains.
I found my experience most rewarding

Suggested improvements
It was all good except maybe the physiotherapist in the neighbouring curtained off area could try to speak a bit softer as I had to strain at times to hear what [name removed] was saying to me!
