[name removed] was very good and interested in how I was doing.
The exercises I was given have helped and the pains that I was experiencing are not as severe as before.
Suggested improvements
Making the appointments has been the hurdle each time I tried to make them.
Incorrect hospital and wrong [name removed] - physiotherapist given on my last appointment which I had to have amended.
Since my first appointment, I have had to get them corrected each time.
Greater care needs to be made on confirming the time, date, physiotherapist and hospital where it is to take place.
