The clinicians are very helpful
Suggested improvements
It is impossible to speak to the reception team to book or reschedule an appointment. A phone number is provided on the appointment letters but on every occasion it goes through to voicemail. Despite requesting a call back no one calls but sends a email instead.
I have also been informed that there is no cancellation list.
Appointments are very limited and inflexible for a rapid access clinic.
