Fabulous service. Exceptional care. At first I was hesitant to comply with the treatment however everything was explained so clearly to me and [name removed]'s enthusiasm convinced me to participate in her physio treatments and to my surprise, after not being able to walk for 18 months, this kind Lady worked with me and in 3 days I was walking with a frame again. I can't believe the progress I've made and i'm very proud of myself. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Suggested improvements
The daily visit times were sporadic and they said they couldn't give me a time for when they were next going to visit. I would have preferred regular time slots each day so i knew when to expect them.
