Staff were always friendly and willing to engage, though sometimes too busy to respond to {reduce}. Individual staff members { } very helpful.
Suggested improvements
Better information about rules and practicalities would have been helpful and sa{ } understanding. More information could have been given earlier in my stay on the ward.
