Good advice and guidance on how to deal with my Lymphedema.
The care and information given, the kindness it was done with and the friendliness.
My care is always good.
Lady was very pleasant and explain everything in detail.
Re palliative care for family member. Pain clinic effective, wonderfully supportive, Twochapel safe and welcoming, would have benefitted than earlier referral but generally GP Hanson good. Suggest avoid having too many medics in clinics.
Once felt like a job interview, community team/helpline/OT/nurse/NHS/M came care at home outstanding.
Worked well together. Isolated incident of feeling caught between team and hospital clinic priorities. Right to persuade us to have things in place at home early.
Still taken by our praise at swift determination in last week. Knowing help at end of phone very reassuring but ideal would be far more resources so nurse could visit regularly.
Re music group - these occasion are an important social and emotional anchor for me and provided much valued time to be supported by and support others, valued time to be supported by and support them, affected by bereavement. I'd like to see something at Twochapel explaining what the group is about so visitors (especially on Wednesday) understand and feel invited in.
The specialist nurse Debbie was very caring and considerate as were the male OT (in January) Shane and the female OT - Elaine, this week very helpful in their advice and I feel that as I my husband's carer will be able to call upon them should my husband needs become more in the future.
Staff were very cheerful and upbeat and caring. Very helpful service and their attitude was exemplary, which left me feeling I was getting excellent personal service. I am confident in your future care and support.
Very caring and informative. Making it a nicer experience.
