Sarah was an extremely friendly and approachable person.
It was nice to talk to someone who didn't know anything about the family (bereavement).
Suggested improvements
It was just right, 2 meetings a month apart but a courteous telephone to follow up after finishing the house call would be good.

Difficult to find words to describe the praise that St Luke’s deserve for their care and support during such a difficult stage of life for all concerned. All staff brought positivity at all times and brightened my situation. You felt they put the patient and their feelings first at all times. Professional, knew what to do, with empathy.
