Saw Dr. Jeff in clinic and found him compassionate and caring Lisa (Heywood?) showed so much care when sitting and chatting with me went out of her way to help. The whole ambiance of St Luke's is wonderful.

I just thought it was amazing and how quickly things were dealt with. I went to the chemist today and my morphine was waiting for me.

My appointment with the pain management consultants was fitted in at the end of the clinic at short notice when I contacted them after getting a pain spike just before Christmas. The staff are so helpful and there is no sense of rush. The nurses even made me a cup of tea to take in with me. This all contributes to the feeling of being heard and cared for.

Review of St Luke's Brooklands - EOL Urgent Care, written by a family member

The care received by Debbie Hutchinson has been exemplary. Debbie explained and identified my husband's needs and put them into effect within hours/ days. My husband has so benefited from everything that has been put in place and it is thanks to Debbie. All other personal that have been involved have been so polite and caring. Thank you.
