I was given a very professional and caring service, which allowed me to be honest about the emotions I was experiencing.It gave me the support I needed and provided the freedom to verbalise any difficulties I was experiencing.

I can’t think of anything . I will always remain extremely grateful for the care and support I received and also the wonderful care my husband received before he died. A huge thank you from me and all my family to all your team .I wish you well fin the future .

Lizzie was excellent throughout - kind and caring but also very knowledgeable and professional. She helped with practical things (especially helping us to source the ever elusive Creon!), but also offered empathetic emotional support. Huge thanks to Lizzie and the whole Community Team.

We would have appreciated help with personal care for Mum a bit earlier, but we understand that the team were under-staffed due to illness.

Sue was amazing. She listened and drew on her own experiences. She has helped me so much and I really appreciate everything she has done.

Jamie Leigh Jennings visited on mum at home. She was very understanding, caring and kind. she took charge of what was a very difficult situation.

You need a box that says outstanding; I cannot commend highly enough for the incredible support we as the family received. From the support, the care, the hugs, the aftercare. We felt overwhelmed and St Luke's made it all seem better.
