I felt the care my husband and myself as well as our family were looked after very professionally as well as personally.
Nothing was too much trouble for any at the nurses. There attention to our needs and detail was faultless.

The nurses that we saw were polite, professional and listened to us answering all our questions.
They very promptly followed up their visit arranging the support we had discussed.
They were very informative.
We will feel confident to contact them when we need to in future.

The initial response for assistances were extremely quick and we are very grateful for all the help, advice and equipment given by the St. Lukes Brook Lands community scheme team.

Only just joined ST. Lukes as far the palliative care team have been wonderful and St Lukes were so helpful and caring and I was very happy to meet the team.
