Each member of the team know what my care plan is. The care that I get helps to keep my Lymphodeama under control and if I need help in between times I can ring and an appointment will be made for me. I love my new sleeves I have never be able to wear a class 2 before because of bad circulation but with new company I can. Nothing to improve.

A very comfortable environment especially the waiting room for family to wait for me when I am doing the treatment.
All the staff around in the building are helpful and cheerful and always at hand if help is needed.

It was good to know how my lymphodemia was going and how my sleeve was helpin.
Also if i had any problems regarding my arm I could get advice.

Good.
Honest & sympathetic approach to my pain. Always feel able to ask questions knowing that I will get an answer or be guided to where I get further information.
It is difficult to say what could be improved as I am more than happy with the service. It would be nice to understand where st Lukes fits within Peymouth NHS and what information is.
