Good.
Honest & sympathetic approach to my pain. Always feel able to ask questions knowing that I will get an answer or be guided to where I get further information.
It is difficult to say what could be improved as I am more than happy with the service. It would be nice to understand where st Lukes fits within Peymouth NHS and what information is.

1) Nowing that staff was avalable 24/7 and nothing to much trouble

I find it excellent that my palliative care nurse comes to the house to see me. She always does her best to try to make sure she covers all my needs and medications and is very caring and warm.

It was so good to have someone I could tell about anything that was worrying me, and to know there is someone I can contact if I need to ask anything.

The staff at St Lukes make the hospice what it is, they are all fully commited to their patients, after my stay at St Lukes I left the hospice feeling so much better and cannot praise the hospice and staff enough.
