Firstly it made a real difference. I felt to genuinely cared about making things better for me. She has done everything possible to help me to manage lymphoedema. Appointments were made to accommodate the fact that I had to travel a distance and so that I could avoid rush hour traffic - that may appear unimportant, but it mattered.

My lymphassist care has been carried out very efficiently, with all explanation and care. I cannot think of any improvements. We were pleased that my wife was able to come into the treatment room too.
