Firstly it made a real difference. I felt to genuinely cared about making things better for me. She has done everything possible to help me to manage lymphoedema.
Appointments were made to accommodate the fact that I had to travel a distance and so that I could avoid rush hour traffic - that may appear unimportant, but it mattered.

My lymphassist care has been carried out very efficiently, with all explanation and care. I cannot think of any improvements. We were pleased that my wife was able to come into the treatment room too.

From day one Susie has been tremendous. She ha sbeen extremely supportive of myself and my daughter in-law. Susie has helped in getting the meds sorted, an OT for equipment and carers to come in.
My daughter in law and myself cannot praise her enough.
Fantastic friendly, cheerful, nice smiley face. Couldnt have managed without her.

A lot of understanding and knowledge by some specialist nurse. Nothing was too much trouble.
