Reviewing on behalf of my late grandad who had a brilliant carer. This particular carer went out of her way to help my grandad to the best of her abilities to provide him with the best and most comforting care. Her advice and support was wonderful and she is such a warm character with nothing but good intentions. I live far away from my grandad but felt completely at ease knowing my grandad was in good care.
