Amazing. Lovely people, fabulous specialist, we are so fortunate to receive the care I am getting.
Suggested improvements
Would have been useful to know how long our appointment was for, we were becoming anxious we were taking up too much time, making the person after us wait. We were not rushed in any way and we found out when leaving we had been allocated a whole hour, which was perfect.
We know, because we asked, our next appointment is for 30 minutes.
Magical service and totally professional.
