The patient had excellent care and if I were looking for improvements they would be minor i.e a ward at Derriford Expressly for St Lukes. General nurses didn't have the same caring as St. Luke's nurses and just wanted to send him home. Without Nikki there to support me I don't know what I would have done at the hospital. I must mention Suzi who spent the most time with the patient at home. The patient knew exactly what he wanted (and didn't mince his words at times) she handled him perfectly.
