Everyone did their best to make my mum comfortable, pain free and were kind and considerate to us. They maintained mums { } well and did as much as they could to support her last days. And also support myself and family. :)
Suggested improvements
Sometimes the staff seemed overworked and could not get to each patient straight away - maybe 5/10 minutes delays. Could do which more nurses mobile. Lots of best changes and room changes when we were in - 3 times moved. Various reasons - male patients ratio 2 positive { } and{ } more.
