This is an amendment to my review on 23rd Nov. It’s a bit awkward doing this on a phone. Support staff at St Francis were very nice as were most of the nurses with some who were very caring and others who weren’t. The establishment itself is not fantastic and the day to day care and interaction needs to be reviewed. They need more staff who interact with the patients other than at repositioning or delivery of meds.
