The only good bit was my consultant and anaesthetist whip seen me many times before. The hospital was deplorable. Disrespectful staff who do not even know you're name. They just call you endearments which are wholly inappropriate when addressing a patient. The least they can do is see who you are before entering. Nsweetie is not the way to address a patient. Despite complaining many times, it continued throughout my stay. The food was awful! Dry, stale, too salty. And they us when they bring you the right stuff! Pre inpatient, outpatient reception staff are moody, unhelpful. Pre assessment nurse didn't pay attention. No common sense. Asked me same questions numerous times, clearly not paying attention. When admitted, the information it took ages to give wasn't passed over. I had to travel 50 mikes to the. Hospital for a waste of time. Think carefully before coming here
