The care provided to me whilst on Ward J22 was excellent. Every single person on the ward so good, caring, dedicated. The medical attention was next to none in fact - amazing! This has helped me enormously - being quite shocked to learn of my illness.

What could be improved? I was 12 hours in the waiting room apart from 1/2 hour when samples of blood were taken from my arm at 11am. & I saw the Dr at about 4.30pm. It was 10.30pm when I got a bed. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

Medication was quick for when I wanted to go home. Staff very busy but took the time to explain tests to me.
