We would just like to express our sincere gratitude to one particular member of staff who looked after my father Harry Bailey and a patient who was in the next bed. The lady concerned is called Deeon Pryce.
I can't express how grateful we all were at receiving such warm compassionate help. Nothing was a problem for her despite dealing with patients who needed very personal care. Her bedside manor and way of dealing with ever changing personal circumstances was 1st class and should be recognised & rewarded. The art of juggling very serious and personal care whilst maintaining a patients dignity is a very fine line but this lady carried it off as if it was the norm. I salute Deeon and the rest of her colleagues for performing such a vital service for the elderly, they are truly the unsung heroes of the NHS.
