Offer of tea/coffee to accompanying persons is a very welcome and reassuring innovation. Overall impression is that standards and quality of service at St James's A&E have been improving over the past few years and are now at a very high level

After initial obs. We were moved from 1 cubicle to another without explanation and left without further communication. My father is immobile and was very uncomfortable. We had been told by GP that he may had a stroke and we therefore very worried.
