[name removed] is the lovliest dentist I have met. My mum has Alzheimers but even before this she was terrified of dentitsts. [name removed] is so gentle, caring and compassionate she made my mum completely at ease. She has a lovely manner. In addition, all the other staff are wonderful - the receptionists and the assistances. They have helped my mum get through from the back door as access to St James is difficult. They have helped with her hair. They have been reassuring, welcoming and kind. I am extremely impressed by the level of service, professionalism and genuine caring by all at St James. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to everyone there. [name removed].
