I thought Wendy was very professional and I felt she really knew how I felt.Ifelt so low when I first spoke to Wendy and just didn’t think life was worth it,after the first week she listened to what I told her and was very caring ,what she told me the first week I really did think about what she said to me.I could go on for ever she was truly great and I never loved anyone like my mum who passed away with covid I would just like to say a very no thank you to Wendy and the hospice.I have accepted my mums passing and I miss her so much she was my forever person.Thanks again Wendy bless you for your help at my lowest xx

Lucy was amazing, she helped me recognise my grief and sit with it. She empowered me to be able to look at my relationships, my new life and what that ment for me with my grief and explore myself as a person. I can't really thank her enough for all her hard work. I have a new understanding of death now and I will always be thankful for Lucy.

I wish I could have had longer but I understand there are so many people that can benefit from your service.

Things were explained so I could understand them. A lot of things that have happen to me now make sense so I now understand my health issues better.

This was a first meeting. I felt it went very well. I also learnt more about being able to manage my condition better. I don't think I can better that.

I felt well supported during my time at the Bereavement service, and that everything I spoke about was treated with understanding and respect. I felt able to confide and was comfortable at all times.

i was very sceptical coming into this service but my family and friends suggested it might help, im so glad i did, its been so helpful, its made me feel more hopeful about the future, ive learned alot about myself, about how i cope and deal with things, or not deal with things in my case!. as my counsellor said in my last session " the rug has been rolled up" i have no intention of putting it back down and sweeping my emotional trauma back under it and that is all thanks to this service and my councellor.

Chloe and Meghan were amazing they built trust very quick and my daughter enjoyed the sessions even if they were hard sometimes the ladies made them fun

Chloe and Meghan could not of done any more than they did they were brilliant although I wish the sessions didn’t have to end the 6 weeks went so fast but I feel confident
