Hannah was wonderful! Initially I didn't know whether I wanted or even needed to receive counselling, even though I had self referred. Having completed my sessions I feel better equipped to deal with my situation and have a far better understanding of how to approach things going forward.
Suggested improvements
A shorter wait and more sessions, but that's down to lack of funding so not your fault.
