Megan was so instrumental in my ongoing journey to recovery. Each week, I learned to live with my grief a little more. She was the space I needed to help me express and, with time, learn to place my emotions - without judgement. It felt like a totally safe place to explore my grief and reflect on the connections I can still have with my loss. I can not thank St Helena enough for this amazing service. It has given me the strength I need to carry my love and grief with me. I will always be grateful for this support at a time when the world felt like a very dark place. Thank you.

I really don't think there was anything that could have been done better. Intervention was timely in my case.
