My counselor Megan was amazing she guided me to talk without pushing and helped me realise my greif for my mother, whilst in the process of my sessions my father passed away which was a difficult time, and Megan helped me through this aswell.
Suggested improvements
I just wish the counseling was for longer than the six week period.
