I was very happy with the support I received. Knowing I had the ability to use a free service was invaluable in my current situation and for it to be at such a high standard, I could not ask for anymore. I hope this is maintained to help anyone else.
Suggested improvements
There were some slight hiccups regarding booking appointments. This was unavoidable as (rightfully so) they contacted me through a private number so sometimes if I missed a call, or if they were late, I was unable to call back.straight away.
