I was seen at the Cardiac Surgery Unit. I was acknowledged quickly and then moved around the different test areas I needed. Julie and Helen in the pre-assessment team were particularly patient and caring. ECG and X ray staff were also very efficient and kind. My proposed surgery was clearly explained by the consultant. I felt more confident about my impending surgery after this visit. Thank you all.
